Service Process
1. Implement national industry standards for product production; Strictly produce according to the requirements of Party A.
2. The company has set up professional technical personnel to provide one-on-one training and guidance to customers;
3. In the early stage of customer cooperation, the company can arrange professional technical personnel to make on-site samples for customers.
4. During the use of the product by customers, feedback, suggestions, and complaints regarding the quality and quantity of the company's products will be tracked and processed 24 hours a day.
5. If there are any quality issues during the use of our products, we guarantee to provide a phone response within 2 hours after receiving customer notifications; If on-site handling is required, ensure to arrive at the site within 48 hours to handle the issue.
6. After the product leaves the factory, point-to-point tracking services will be provided in the later stage, and customer service personnel will regularly conduct product quality follow-up visits.
